Sure - The video below shows how to do this and a few options that you may want to use in different scenarios. If this was feature coded survey data you could use the Process feature Codes to automatically draft what you want and place text as you want it, however if this is a model you created from e.g. CAD Data then you would do as per the video shown here - to do what you need you will have to create Points at all the Nodes of the Linestring - this will include End Points, Segment End Points and Vertical Points of Intersection (VPIs). Once you have the Points you will create the following
- A Text Style that you want to use for the Text Labels
- A Label Style for Point Labels - that has the setup that you want
- Then you will run the Label Points command to label the Points using the text Style and Label Style that you created
You can optionally align Text Labels to an Alignment - so if you are working on a Road, Canal, Pipeline, Bridge etc. and you want to label the Linework but related to the Alignment orientation along the corridor you can do that also - that entails setting the Point Label Style to use the selected alignment prior to labeling the points
Once the labels are created you can move, or edit drafting properties of the text labels to move or rotate them individually or as a group as you see fit to get the desired end drawing product
The Video shows you how
Hope this helps
