TBC Educational licenses do not work

  • 1.  TBC Educational licenses do not work

    Formal complaint about TBC. 

     

    We have 10 TBC educational licenses (Vigo University) 

    They worked OK,  but after expiring they do not work. The local distributor (Alterra) is not able to solve the problem. 

     

    We cannot use TBC since two months. 

    This is unacceptable and need TBC working as soon as possible.

    Hi Ramiro,

    I will forward your case to the regional sales manager and the local dealer to take a look. If the licenses are indeed expired, they will work with you to set up new licenses.

    Hello Rui,

    Thank for your response. The local dealer connected by TeamViewer and

    was not able to solve the problem. The true problem is that we have been

    two months without working with TBC after expiring since the local

    dealer sent us one activation code but TBC keeps always saying:

    "Functions without license":

    Finally the problem was solved today, after several .C2V files and activation codes which did not work, Trimble sent a new .C2V file and a new activation code and now (5-11-2020) TBC is working properly after more than two month without working.
