I would like to have the option to rename all points not only the unmerged points in point-import menu, is it possible?

Please dont write that I can rename them in excel before importing and later after importing.... I know that.... I think it would be easiest way to add prefix and so on in importing.... 

simply new checkbox "rename all imported points"

The only option that you have today on Import is to place different point files on different layers and then you can use the Renumber Points on the data selected by Layer.

Adding a Prefix or Suffix to Point data on Import - I have sent a request to Trimble on your behalf to consider that. In the interim I will have my team add that to the Affix Name command - the ability to modify Point Names or Line Names with Prefix or Suffix, so that there is a way to do this if you want it.

The Affix Name command now provides the ability to add or remove a Prefix or Suffix  to both Point and Line Objects if you need to do this to Points that were imported into a project. You can use the Selection Set for each imported file as a means to select all of the points that were imported from a specific file.
