Hi.

I would like to export some models in 3D pdf and I dont know the needs for that... I only get a message "The 3d pdf cant be made"

Is there any manual or video that shown how it works?

Here is a video on how the 3D PDF works. I did find that I could not get 3D Surface Models to come through 0 in the video I have a TIN model - but the linework is lines that I exploded out of the surface model, not the surface itself. I have reported in a defect as I could not get the Surface Models to show up in the PDF file.

Yes Alan the 3D pdf command is broken I’ve got it confirmed by Trimble when I noticed a week ago or so that I couldn’t get surfaces and other 3D data to show up in the pdf. Fun fact is that utilities (pipes and structures) also comes across in the 3D pdf when it’s working but for now it’s not.

I hope they’ll fix it soon because it’s a good deliverable to clients.

Any news about this broken command? I have found, it doesnt work only for surfaces. 3D lines or points works well.
