TBC Custom Export errors

    I am attempting to use the new custom report to a word doc function in TBC.  When I run the tutorial I get an error. (uploaded in the attached pic).  We have an Advanced TBC license and are running v3.81.

     

    Any reason for these errors?

    Hey Ross,

     

    During which part of the tutorial does this error message appear?  When you attempt to generate the report from TBC?

    Riley,

      The error occurs when you select "Edit Layout" and it attempts to open the report layout file.

    Can you provide the data set you are using when this error occurs?  This is hard to troubleshoot without it.

    I am using the sample dataset provided in the tutorial.  Is this a case of using MS office 2013 and not 2010?

    The customized reporting feature works with versions of MS Word 2010 and newer.  Another option is to clean out the temporary folder on your C Drive.  You can do this by:

    • Right click on your Windows (C:) folder and select Properties
    • Select Disk Cleanup button
    • Check the box next to the Temporary Files and hit Ok
    • Restart computer
