Trimble Business Center

When trying to export a project, see the attached error I receive. I tried reinstalling Business Center and used the Cleanup Utility. I tried exporting and importing my surface and linework into a new file to see if that made a difference and it didn't. Any ideas?

Can you tell me what Type(s) and Version(s) of Machine are you trying to send the data out to? I will try to recreate once I have that information.

I deleted my entire Trimble Synchronizer Data folder structure and reinstalled Business Center again, and reinstalled SCS Data Manager as well. Once everything was reinstalled it worked fine. Looks like there is a solution posted below. I'd suggest voidtool's "Search Everything" program which works great for windows to search all files very quickly.

I was able to copy the antenn32.dll from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\convertToRINEX\ folder and paste it into the C:\Program Files\Trimble\Trimble Business Center\ folder and it fixed the issue for me.  The problem started when I updated to 5.10.

I'm getting the same error message since updating to V5.10.  The problem is occuring when using "Copy Field Data to Flash Drive" using controller type GCS 900, software version 12.0.

I was able to search for this file in my program files and found it in the Convert to RINEX program, copied it from there into the Trimble Business Center program files, then the export worked normally.

Can those of you that are reporting this issue try the above fix and let me know if you are now good to go

I have heard that people that used the Cleanup Utility before installing v5.1 have not seen this problem or that it has cured the issue after the fact with a clean and reinstall. For anyone that has not got this working can you try Bens fix above and see if that works.

Just to confirm, I first tried only a reinstall while using the cleaner per instructions I found elsewhere on this forum and it was still faulty. But, I wouldn't suggest my method to fix it, I'd try the other method above.

Mike Marshall had the same issue after installing Ver 5.10 but I didn't so we ended up copying the .dll file from my program files folder to his and it fixed it. He had to paste the file in this path: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\convertToRINEX

I got the same error message when creating machine designs "Machine Job Site Design Exporter" along with another one "A problem occurred generating the file using the CToolbox utility". I tried multiple versions with different linework and surfaces selected but could not export from desktop. When I opened the same project from my laptop, I was able to export them from it. I exported designs the same way prior to yesterday and it has worked fine. I un-installed, ran cleanup (found on forum from Alan) & re-installed with same issue but after 4 times with that process it worked and I'm now able to export machine designs again from my desktop.

Had the same issue. uninstalled and ran the clean up. Tried exporting machine file and have the same message as above. Found the antenn32.dll in the following locations below

I grabbed one and pasted it into 

I didnt need to reboot TBC it just worked straight away.

Only small issue I had as it wouldnt paste here to start off with using windows. Must a permissions issue. Normally it would come up with some warning and you select allow but this didnt on this occasion. I used speed commander and this pasted over easily.

Had this same issue just this morning, I was able to find the antenn32.dll file by doing a C drive search and then pasting it in the application's program files, it worked right away.

Had the same issue with assigning a machine controller to a design. I pulled the antenn32 file from the convert to rinex folder and put it in the trimble business folder same as above and the error went away 

Same, just updated to 5.10.2 and followed Doug Veenker's suggestion below: Looks like it is missing from the package installation files.

Had the same issues.  But the fix posted above resolved the issue.

I had the same issue in 5.30.  Copying antenn32.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Trimble\Shared TO the folder: C:\Program Files\Trimble\Trimble Business Center

Same as everyone above (TBC 5.30).  Exported fine to GCS900 version 12.81 & 13.0 (provides a .cal file) but needed the cfg file for an older machine so obviously this antenn32.dll file is required for 12.4 and older exports to get that cfg
