RINEX processing in TBC (using Javad *jps data)

  • 1.  RINEX processing in TBC (using Javad *jps data)

I have captured long occupation (6+ hour) static data at different sites with a Javad Triumph-2, in conjunction with Trimble R8-2 static data at other sites in the network. I have created a RINEX file of the Javad JPS data (using jps2rin) and loaded that into TBC (v4.10). When looking at the site occupation report, the duration and numbers of SV's tracked are correct. However, after processing, and looking at the vector "fixed solution" details, I note that much less data (on one only 165x15sec epochs) have been used which equals about 40mins, and that only 15 SV's were used. Any idea why this may be so?  Does TBC give up on processing long occupations once it gets a fixed solution?  If so, how can this be changed?. Thanks

    Hi Brent,

Check out Table 2 on the below White Paper link:

This may explain why far fewer epochs are being used in your case.

RE: SVs: Maybe also check your Baseline Processing project settings  - you may have only GPS & GLONASS checked for processing?
