Feature Request- Prefix option for importing Georeferenced images

Feature Request- Name Prefix option for importing Georeferenced images.

On large jobs, it can be time consuming toggling through Georeferenced images. It would be nice to assign a prefix on import to eliminate the need to toggle through all the images.

Or even being able to group them accordingly. something like the layer group options.

    Alan,

I would like to add on to that request. It would be beneficial to have a region window that the user could set for the pdf import and have BC OCR the text within this window. BC could then name the pages for the user automatically and save the user a lot of time by pulling from information from the sheets. I use this with my PDF reader to create bookmarks and and it is a huge time saver.

It would then be nice to have the option to add a prefix to the text read by the region window. These would be useful for grouping different plan sets such as electrical, structural, civil.

I think a prefix option would also be useful in the Import Vector PDF pages.

    Griffin,

I agree with you, this is something I have requested previously. In the meantime here are a couple of tricks.
