    I have heard a lot about this PUG conference - could you provide more information about it and who would benefit and how often they run?

    PUG conference is a annual or biannual conference focused on Training to make Power Users of BC-HCE better with the software. It focuses on senior staff members who can train their own staff after learning the tools themselves. The class is a 3 day event, held in Colorado at a cost of $495 / person including lunch, training etc.

     

    Look up PIUG in the Search to find more information or to review the training materials available.

     

    PUG stands for Power User Group.
