Maybe this feature is already planned for a future release but please consider adding a CAD Circle/Arc command with ability to use tangent - tangent - radius. 

This command like the one found in Autocad or Civil 3D would make creating standard radius between two lines much easier, for one time uses or drafting up blocks to use in drafting routines.

For now use the Fillet command to create the arc.   You can then snap to the center of the arc to create a circle.
