WorksManager Issues

    Hey is anyone out there having issues with there Worksmanager?  The other day it would appear that an entire site was deleted.  But the funny thing is, is that the files from the site that was deleted were still available and syncing even after I had to create another site with a different name to get the additional files to my machines.

     

    Now today, I can open my sites, add and remove devices but I can not see any designs.  It just sits there spinning like it is trying to find them.  What is going on!!

     

    If this i the way Trimble wants us to transfer data than they need to get this stuff figured out!!  Right now its a crap shoot when this will and won't work.

    Hello @Ben Ryschon, this is Vijay, Product Manager for WorksManager/ TCC from Trimble. We sincerely regret inconvenience caused by the experience with WorksManager. We take your feedback seriously, and would like to convey that it's our commitment to make this experience better in the days to come.

     

    Unfortunately, in both these scenarios, the data was intact and present, but we had a minor tech. glitch that stopped it from getting displayed in the product. We fixed it. However, the impact affected you before we could do that.

     

    Apologies again. Thanks for using WorksManager, and your honest feedback. Please continue doing so, it helps us to strive to do better

    yep had this same issue a few days ago it was reported to Trimble at that time and mine was fixed
