TCC suffered a major outage starting 13:00 MDT on Tuesday March 31, 2020. Engineering teams put a fix in place and restored services around 14:00 MDT on April 2, 2020.
An outage notification was put out to our dealer network and on the WorksManager blog post on April 1, 2020. But we do realize that communication was a little too late.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed communication and lack of information during this outage. This incident has highlighted some gaps we have in the way we communicate out to our customers and dealers. We are working to streamline our communication channels in near future that provide more real-time update of any product related outages.
