Hey Owen and Tim,
You are able to do a batch edit, however you would still have to select each grid coordinate that you want to change. You can do this by holding "Ctrl" and selecting each coordinate. Once they are all selected, click the quality symbol of the N, E, Elev, twice (first click will just show control, second click will bring all qualities up). Change to the desired quality and re-compute the project (see attached video).
Once you've change the quality of the point, it will automatically show as an office entered coordinate as the point has been edited from its original import.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I can look into an enhancement request so that you don't have to use the dropdown on each point and select the actual coordinate. The enhancement could be just selecting the point and being able to do the same thing.

I have the same question. If you change individually, they become Office Entered vs associated with CSV.

Say you have points 200-300 stored in a TBC job, grid, set to control quality. You want to change these to Survey or Unknown without going through the project explorer one by one. Is there a way to do this as a batch process? One can always export, delete them, then re-import to correct quality, but that is a bit of an absurd way to do something that should be simple.
