Hi!

Here is a orthophoto, Dropbox - Ortofoto 190208.tif , this photo is making trouble for us. It is from Agisoft and all of our orthophotos is from Agisoft. 

I started a new project and imported the file and just saw a fram for the picture. Tried to turn it on and of but it dsid not help. Closed the project and restarted, voila!, the photo was there. But only for a few minutes until it disapeared again and the it dit not show up. Restart did not help. Open the project on a another computer did not help either. 

We started a new project and imported the file again, it worked at first but after some time it disapeared again, just a frame left. Restart the project and then it worked for about 10 minutes again until it disapeared. Now we cant see it and it does not help to restart.

This is really strange because i have other orthophotos wich is over 1GB so the size should not be a problem. We have the same problem on 2 different computers.

I downloaded your image and I am able to make it disappear occasionally when i zoom in and out.  However, when i pan around it will come back.  I have sent the file to engineering to see if they can determine why.  I would guess we need to make a few minor adjustments.

In the options command, images section, you can set the program to use no tiles and down sample the image to 8192x8192.  This seems to help but not fully resolve the issue.

It typically takes several days for an issue to get reviewed.  If we are able to determine a cause I will add another reply to this question.

I tried what you said and it helped.

I started a new project again and imported the orthophoto, now it did not show up at all....

I changed the settings and Voilá! there it was. We have orthophotos in many of our projects but this is the only one that is a problem, is there a to high resolution on the pic?

The resolution should be ok, we work with files 20x as large.  I will let you know if we turn up anything that is different about this file.
