Importing DXF files from MicroStation. Changing CAD arcs to linestrings has recently started reversing the curve direction. How can I prevent this please? 

We have this same issues as of V 4.11.  This wasn't an issues in 4.1, only 4.11.  This has been extremely frustrating having to go through hundreds of arcs and Edit->Left/Right to change the curves.  Some of the CAD Arcs imported will be reversed and some will not.  We have gone through and adjusted the MicroStation export settings, with no luck.  Is anyone else having this issue in different versions?

Apologies - this is a bug that has now been addressed internally and we hope that it will be in the upcoming patch. There is no easy work around to the problem today. The problem is caused by the User Defined Coordinate System (UCS) that while developing the Cutting Plane Tools in BC / TBC got broken.

We have found that if you have access to MicroStation, you can convert to B-Spline curves and then import the linework to TBC, and it seems to not flip the arcs.

I had a report from a customer today that this is now happening again in version 5.0. They export out of Civil 3D, 

Can you provide the file that has the issue and indicate where they were seeing the issue.

   I'm not sure on where the settings for Civil 3D are but, below are what needs to be changed on the MicroStation side, if you have Bentley users having similar issues.:
