TBC reinstall not going well

    Had TBC on desktop with dongle until Emotet virus infection had I.T. wipe everyone's computer.

    I reinstalled TBC and loaded a job file (GPS data) from a server and wasn't able to delete it from the screen.  Don't see light on dongle.  Going back and forth with Trimble reseller and I.T.

    Gets stuck at "haspdinst.exe -I" (from the Trimble HASP Troubleshooting Guide).

    Going to see if reinstalling Microsoft visual c++ runtimes (as in TBC Install. Guidelines and T-shooting booklet) changes anything.

    I did that last step, unplugged the dongle, downloaded the sentinel hasp/ldk windows gui run-time installer, and got the dongle to light up.

    I relaunched TBC, it took a long time to come up, but locked up.  Restarted the system and able to delete the job folder that was in there.  That's all I am saying now...keeping my fingers crossed.
