    Hi, Looking for a tutorial or data for learning about PCS900 machine exports. Including surface creations etc.

    For what applications Alison - Asphalt or Concrete Paving, Curb and Gutter or something else?

     

    Also what do you need exactly in the Tutorial (how to densify a surface for accuracy, creating the Uncompacted PCS Surface to fix a variable Mat thickness problem, How to set up Linework and surfaces for a Curb and Gutter Machine or something else specifically).

     

    I dont have anything right now specifically for PCS900 but I am sure we could create one to help you here if I knew more about what exactly you need.

     

    I may have to do this after the US Power User Group Meeting on 21-23 Aug as I am prepping materials for that right now. In the meantime if you have specific questions I will try to get those answered

    Hi Alan,

    I am just trying to get ahead of the customers. We have sold two PCS systems recently and just would like some information on getting the best results from the data/surface creation. They will be doing foam asphalt. Have another looking at concrete pavement.

    Hi Alan.

    I'm looking for more information about PCS900 Concrete Paving and C&G. especifically how this works with the Power Curber 5700-D if that is possible.

    We are working with this machine right now , PCS900 already installed "left side mold" and we have some concerns.. described below.

    1.- When we start to pour a Curb & Gutter after about 10 or 20 feet.the machine starts to go down into the ground and said that we are 0.30 feet highter. looks like it doesn't follow the line properly.

    I'm wondering if we are setting up in a wrong way or we are missing something.

    2.- Can i change the mold reference line in the machine? from TBC to EOP?
    3.- How to make an automatic transition between catch and spill curb with standard mold installed?

    if you know something that can help me i would appreciate it.
