Welcome to the Community Joe - good to have you communicating here with everyone else. For those of you out there that don't know him, Joe is on our Beta Testing group for TBC / BC-HCE as a "Swedish" representative and is checking Language and Units and the Swedish , as . type of issues that we encounter in an international space - he does awesome work with the product - I have known him for ~1 year now and it has been fun working with him - he is a great extension to the BC-HCE team (and now the TBC team) - once again Joe thanks for all that you do for us.
Anyhow - enough of the trumpet blowing - to answer your question
With TBC 5 you have a command called Customize Toolbar - it is in the list of commands when you press F12.
That is the same as the Customize function on the Right Click from the Menu Ribbon - but that now only shows up once you have a toolbar defined
You no longer have to have Large Menu Icons checked in order to get the side toolbars - that was a defect that was found and fixed in this release. For the Side Toolbars you can set them to Large in the Options Tab of the Customize Toolbars command.
If you still want Large Menu Icons you can find that switch now in Support - Options as one of the check boxes in the middle of the dialog
Hope that helps
Thanks again for joining
