We are modeling a SWS utility line that runs down the centerline of an interstate highway. The engineer has inlets that are located directly on the centerline, which is under the center median barrier. The inlet is 10.5' long and catches water on both sides of the highway. There are manholes that are offset 4.6' from centerline that are also in this run. The engineer wants to run the pipe at an offset on the 10.5' so that it is straight with the manholes. My question is how, or can I force the pipe in the utility modeling program to run at an offset into a structure?
