Trimble Business Center

I was trying to update my HASP key license using the HASP License Updater and the 19 digit code I received from Trimble. Half way through the process i received the following error and it closed the program.  Does anyone know what is going on?

Thanks Rhett for the instructions.  Keystone has been contacted and they are working on it.  Now there is a different error with the activation.  They are scratching their heads but I still cant update my out of date license.  Not really super impressed with the service.

It appears that multiple updates for the license key in question have been created but not applied in a chronological order hence the out of sequence error message thrown through Admin Control Center UI. This can only be solved by technical support because the license key needs to be reset.

We got these new HASP license February 10th and haven't been able to use them.  Fortunately our expired licenses let us use an older version of TBC.  I even downloaded the HASP updater and that didn't work.  I remember when I had updated our license back a year ago there was a utility that would remove the old license and literally reset the key like you are talking about.  The utility was never carried ahead unfortunately for us.  Keep the ideas coming.

Unfortunately not.  I have had to use this utility before to clean up computers when installing TBC.  Keep the ideas coming.  Thank you everyone for the responses.  I am afraid that it resides in Keystone's technical support hands.

I run into this quite frequently.  Create another C2V file and send it to the guys at Keystone.  They  will have to contact Trimble support and who can then clear that issue.

Good news.  I created the c2v file again and sent it to Keystone.  They gave me a v2c file back and using the Sentinel admin control center I was able update the HASP successfully.  Thanks for all your tips.
