Is there a setting I need to use to keep the coordinate scroll docked and active in a .vce.

With v5 it doesn't seem to stay active? Every time I open a project I need to hit coordinate scroll button at lower right to make it active again? It does show up where I previously docked it though.

Agree.  There seems to be some bugs with the UI.  The coordinate scroll will not stay activated, and I also have issues with customized menus and the toolbar not staying modified.

On the Menus, if you have established changes to the menus you should exit the program and restart it to save down your changes in the event that TBC throws an exception and crashes you out - as that is the most common reason why menus get reset to standard defaults. I have seen that behavior also. The Quick Access toolbar is controlled by the same Menu files so if the Menu is lost and reset to defaults then the Quick Access Toolbar is also reset.  The side toolbars however do not seem to get affected in the same way, or at least I have not noticed that personally.

On the Coordinate scroll - I can see what you are saying - it is just one click to get it back or to hide it in each project which is not that onerous. I will feed back that you would like to see it remember it's last used status

    Hi Alan,

I generally like to have coordinate scroll active so I can get quick input on stationing/elevation.  I did notice that if I move from .vce to .vce instead of closing TBC and re-opening it, the coordinate scroll seems like it is docked but not active, I have to hit the button on lower right to re-activate it.

Thank you for looking into this.

I cannot get the coordinate scroll to dock above the "View Filter Manager" and "Project Explorer" tabs shown in the attached image. This was a tough enough challenge in TBC 4.12 but it seems to be even trickier in TCB 5.00.1.

Any tricks on this? I tried using just one screen and still no success.

I found today that when you have VFM and PE open in a shared tab that I could not dock below it - I closed PE and then docked the Coord scroll and then reopened the PE and it all worked OK for me
