You can simply edit the slope as a Ratio using the distance and delta Elevation provided to compute the slope
In a slope Table - if you have an offset of 12' and a delta Z of -0.38 then enter -12:0.38 or 12:-.38 n the table field for slope and it will convert it into a XX : 1 (-31.58:1 in this case) slope ratio for you. You can mix data entries as eg -2%, -12:0.38, -4% etc as you are given them on the plans. This works today.
Appreciate that this is not exactly what you are asking for but it works in the way that you are asking for. Also appreciate that the values entered get converted which makes it harder later on to track back to where you got the values from to generate the slope that is shown in the table. Having said that it works well with those caveats.
