I am currently working with a client that is working on a subdivision. I am showing them how to utilize the Create Side Slope in V5 as an option, since they do not have any vertical curves. The tool works great, but I would like to see it add the name from the template to the line work created. This way you could use the Advanced Search feature and search for that name, and place the line work onto the modeling layers that will be used for the surface and for the field.
*What would be nice, is having an option button that allows you to create a layer for that line work based on the name given in the template.* This will help eliminate the steps highlighted above.
