TBC 5.31 Display refresh bug

    When is Trimble going to fix this or put out a patch this is a major bug and is making it so i have to refresh after everything i do while editing a line string or trying to georeference a PDF, this has increased my model building time. this needs to be addressed ASAP not in the next release.

    I agree that there needs to be a patch to address this.  It is very frustrating.

    This fix will come out in version 5.32 as soon as possible.
