The issues with version 5.31 make the program a royal pain to use, having to close and open plan view all the time. this is a major bug and should be patched ASAP not wait for the next version. (My 2cents)
I've been having major issues today as well!
If you toggle line markings On and Off that also refreshes the screen - I appreciate it is a pain, Trimble are addressing it and I hope a fix will be made available soon.
