Point manager error Tsc7

    When opening point manager in Tsc7 an application error pops up that says ,Error log generated. Please make a copy of the C:\ProgramData\Trimble\TrimbleData' folder and email to your Trimble representative with a description of the events that led up to this error. The error occurs on all project except for 1 of them. Any insight onto the solution and reason for this error?

    I have forwarded to the Product Manager for SCS900 / Siteworks - I will let them tackle this question

     

    I assume that you are using SCS900 / Siteworks and not Trimble Access or Survey Pro etc.

    Hi Jason,

     

    I think you might be using Trimble Access?  As Siteworks and SCS900 use a different data folder and don't have a message like that.  If you are using Access, then I would suggest opening a support case with your Geospatial dealer.
