Does anybody else get an error message when trying to send machines files out to an Earthworks machine on a Windows 10 machine?  If I use my laptop that is running Windows 7, I do not have any problems.  But when I try to use my desktop that is running Windows 10 Pro, I get the following error message:

    Thanks

I ran into i believe a similar problem a couple months ago. Try deleting the Project library folder and try it again. Let me know if that fixes it.

Thanks Erik.  I tried that and it still doesn't work.  I have an email into Trimble about this problem.

Did you delete the folder C:\ProjectLibrary\" by default or what ever is set up in Options>File Management>Project Library?

I deleted the C:\ProjectLibrary\ folder, which is what is set up in the options as well.

Did you try changing the default so TBC writes the folder itself and gives it permission? IE. C:/Trimble/Projects?

    Grant

Can you do a CTRL A in the Error Call Stack message when it comes up and paste it into an email and send it to me at alan_sharp@trimble.com I will get developers to look at it in more detail - the issue based on what we can see in the exception snap that you sent through is too little to go on - but our development lead believes it to be related to your Username and Password that you use on your PC to Login - did you change your Password recently - if yes to you Logout fully and log back in?

If we can get the full error message we may be able to diagnose this for you - it seems to be caused more by the Windows OS and your PC Setup than by BC-HCE - but time will tell if we can get the full stack

This was kind of my problem. We got new servers and changed domains. It wasn't liking my credentials

"Exception Message:     The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed." Was one of my errors then I'd get one similar to Grant.

You were correct Erik ... the problem was with a change in our domain.  Our IT guy went in and removed a non existing user from my computer, and changed the owner to the current user.  The computer then changed ownership of all of the files on the C Drive, and then I was able to publish the files to the library with no problem.  Thanks to you and Alan for your help with this problem!
