Is there a way to have multiple smart text codes for multiple objects in one text box?

    Yes

When you enter each code you can just hit Enter after the Code and then select another one or you can string them together - I do this all the time

For Example in Sheet Layout there is a code for Sheet Count (CT) and one for Sheet Index (SI) if you want to put a Sheet Count on each sheet that is unique to each Sheet then you would do something like this (Sorry I dont have all the Project and Object Codes in my head but it would look like this

Sheet Number (Code 1 (CT)) of (Code 2 (SI)) where Code 1 and Code 2 are the Smart Text Strings created by the Smart Text Process

If I want to have a block of text that looks like the following

    Company Name

    Company Address Line 1

    Company Address Line 2

    Company Website URL

    Company Email

    Company Phone

    Company Fax

Then provided there are Codes for each of thee I would simply enter them one line at a time and tap Enter to put a Carriage Return after each and it would come out exactly as shown. Same if you want to Label Easting, Northing, Height or Elevation and Cut / Fill or Station, Offset, Delta Elevation.

When in the Text Field press FI and select the Smart Text Codes link and that will show you all of the Smart Text Codes available - those that you use all the time - I create in a Notepad Doc and have that available to me when I am doing Text Additions to Drawings or Models etc - that way I can apply them quickly as needed

What about something such as a top of curb and bottom of curb scenario? or top of wall and bottom of wall? I would ideally like to be able to do this with one leader line and one text block. I understand this poses some challenges because of the request to pull data from 2 spots with only one delineation. I have tried using a combo of smart  text with one pulling the elevation from the leader and the other pulling the elevation from an object but that does not work.

Another thought I had was to accomplish this with a math equation. Add .5 ft to the elevation grabbed from the leader line and text. This would not give you an elevation pulled from the object but would allow you to consolidate text. If everything is model correctly this would work well as an alternative.

I think there are other uses of math within smart text anyway. I am not sure if it exists. If not this would be a great #enhancementrequest.

    Thanks!

Having a math option would be a great feature!
