I saw that kind of reports in other software s like field genius before importing the raw file to MicroStation.
and my party chief say despite of using zcodes for connecting the lines he is not able to see the line work on his data collector tsc3.
how he can see the lines which he connect on the field also on his data collector?

What field software are you using - Trimble SCS900 / Siteworks or Trimble Access / Survey Controller

If using SCS900 / Siteworks I can assist you, if using Access / Survey Controller you should ask this wuestion on the Geospatial Forum for Trimble Business Center as I apologize I am not so familiar with those solutions and workflows.

For SCS900 there is an Excel Report utility that I would use to do all my reporting (it can report anything in any format pretty much) and if trying to download and import an SCS900 Work Order SPJ file, you may or may not need to import the Feature Code Library first - if you use Simple Coding then no FXL file is needed, if you are using Advanced Measurement Module on SCS900 then FXL file will be needed. As you drag and drop the SPJ Work Order file into the graphics, the linework is formed and the surface model created automatically.

If using Survey Controller / Trimble Access, I believe you import the Job File (JXL) and then you need your Feature Code Library (FXL) in the projecvt and then you run Process Feature Codes to draw your linework etc based on the rules set up in the FXL File.

If using Survey Controller / Access, then after import of Stakeout Data you would run the As Staked Report to get your report from the controller data - there is no external utility for Access / Survey Controller to create reports as far as I know, however you can output data in different formats and maybe there is a CSV output that you can open in Excel.

If you provide more background, maybe I can help further
