    Hi Edgars,

Do you see the same error message every time you try to create an orthorectified image? If possible, would you try to create a similar one but with lower resolution, for example, pixel size = 0.1 m? We have seen users getting similar messages when they tried to export a super large image.

    Thank you.

    Rui

Maybe if you try playing with your graphic card settings. Example, on some Autodesk products there is sometimes a problem with graphic card settings. Not recommending this route until you tried everything else. Anybody with a better/smarter solution?

Hej, example for Nvidia you have Nvidia control panel where you can manage 3D settings (you have some presets), probably by deafult it will be on base profile. Also there you choose preferred graphics processor. Good luck.

Try disabling the default intel graphic card as your computer has to graphics cards

    Try these steps

    1.  Make sure that your graphic card driver is up to date

    2. Insure that your system drivers and motherboard BIOS are up to date.

    3. Make sure that you are running the most current build of Windows.

After you have completed these steps restart your PC and see if you still run into the problem.

If you are still having problems than try the following:

Go to Support, Options, and Advanced - this will allow you to change which version of DirectX you are using. The default for Windows 10 is DirectX 11, however you can downgrade to DirectX 9, give that a try. If that does not solve the issue then try the OpenGL and Open GL2 options and as a last resort you can try Windows GDI.

Some PCs have two options for graphics usually a dedicated graphics card and an integrated graphic chipset build into the motherboard. If this is the case for you, try disabling your integrated graphics chipset. This should be called INTEL Graphics or something similar in your device manager.
