    This would help speed up the process when copying multiple categories from an external library.

    I think they restricted it to one category at a time, because you have to cross check at least Site Improvements against the Materials List and copy Materials across that are needed to fulfill the Category selected - If you group select a lot of categories, the complexity of group copying grows quickly and I think that was what they were trying to avoid. Having said that I will get it added to the list of requests.
