Plan Set - Profile Limit by station

The limit by station command in the profile diagram does not appear to be functioning correctly. It will limit the text and data generated within the profile plan command to the station limits set but it will not limit the profile grid and the references lines.

I think partly this test is on a tricky alignment that wraps back on itself as you have said before so this one doesn't really behave like a normal Plan Profile sheet because the Plan is getting truncated early because of the end coordinate of the HAL.

Having said that - the Limit By Station Range affects the Plan drawing first and foremost - you can see when you end at 5+00 that the Plan Drawing gets shortened - however as you state in your video you would also expect it to truncate the profile at the same location and I would have to say that I would have thought that as well - that to me looks like a bug and I will log it in.

When you use the Break Profile at stations and enter stations like 5+00 then it will break the profile at 5+00 but leave the Plan View in tact because the Break Function is only breaking the Profile. If you want to push the second part of the profile and plan onto a second sheet then you can enter a separation between the Profile Parts great enough to push the second part off the first sheet onto the second sheet.

If you Break The Profile at 5+00 and also Limit By Station at 5+00 in the current implementation then you will get just 500 feet of the Plan and 500 feet of the profile.

When you add a splitting station and you select Break Plan, Break Profile or Start New Sheet switches, those switches do not appear to get applied if you check them before adding the station - they likely should, however once the station is Added, you can then select the station and check those boxes and they do in fact get applied at that point to do what you ask them to do. SO for your example, you could break the Plan and Profile at that Station and then Start New Sheet and anything beyond the part you want would be on a Second Sheet that you can then delete if not needed.

    Hope that this helps
