Feature Request - Utilities - Trench Side Slopes

In the utilities-trench template manger-sides slopes-utilities target surface list, can we have these surfaces to sort alpha-numerically? This would make things a lot easier on projects with numerous surfaces.

    Thank You!

Why are you targeting a Specific Surface in the Utility Template and not using the default and then assign the surface in the Utility Run itself?

I agree that it is not sorted alphabetically - my guess is that it is being sorted in Record Order which is wrong - I will log it in as a defect

If you are selecting the Target Surface in the Utility Run Properties it is sorted correctly - so it is only if your Template is targeting a specific interface like Rock that this should be an issue right?

The reason for not choosing the default surface is because I thought I could apply multiple templates to a single pipe run at the same station. The reason would be for modeling what we actually build/perform for work vs what we get paid for by the client. However, multiple templates cannot be applied at the same station. I think multiple templates should be able to be applied at the same station for calculating subsidiary quantities. I have a few ideas on this but I need to test them further.

Correct, only if you are selecting a specific surface. Not a show stopper, just an ease of use thing. It is a like trickier on projects with a myriad of surfaces.

    Thanks!
