I am trying to add an image boundary to a drone ortho to eliminate some black, blank space but the image boundary does not appear to be working.

Could it be a size or file limitation?

It could be size related as this is a huge image.  I would not make a complex boundary, its way too many pixels to determine if each one is in or out.  Try importing the file again and set black pixels to be transparent.  Note that this also makes the file larger and it will no longer be a jpg, as transparency is not supported in that format.

Send me a copy of the image, I will toss it into testing.
