There does not appear to be an easy way to move instructions to desired locations after they have been create. A user can drag an instruction very easily but there is not a way to move an instruction to say Sta 101+50, precisely. 

I tried selecting an instruction and editing but that did not work. It looks like I will have to create points at all of the spots I need and move the grips to these points. Doable but slow.

Am I missing something? Maybe the instructions need a field in the properties for location, then a user could user right click snaps to move these more easily.

Please consider for the next release. I have run into a few issues with this and not being able to grab the grips of the instruction. 

One good case is when you get an error that the instruction is too short.
