It appears there is a bug with the Point Style Manager when you have points selected. When you close out of the screen, TBC cycles through the properties of all the points selected (at least if you have the properties window open, I did not try with the properties pane closed). 

It is avoidable but can be a pain if you are not thinking about it. 

I've also noticed the bug when running another command with properties open. I can't remember off the top of my head what the command was. It does want to go through each individual layers properties before it completes it. I'll update once I run into it again.

So I found out where it cycles through everything today. It's when you have select by layer up and then delete all unprotected layers in Layer Manager. It will cycle Select by layer over and over.
