Are there a smart text codes for utility line elevations that I am missing to get the invert elevation of the pipe?

I would like: 

• Top of Pipe
• Crown
• Center line
• Invert
• Bottom of Pipe

I am creating a request for change and I need to label this data in order to send it off to get approved. 

It looks like you can use line elevation but you have to use a math function to get down to invert elevation because the elevation that is given is at centerline of the pipe. 

Would you mind sharing what that smart text looks like with the math function? I'm trying to get a callout as simple as low elevation and high elevation.
