Thanks Pat - a lot of that can be attributed to the Forum I feel - we have a way better connection to you guys as Users as a result and we see and feel pain a lot quicker and faster when you are all using the product and reporting in issues, defects, bugs etc - as that expands our testing base enormously to a lot of people doing real world work with the product.
While we cannot do everything everyone wants, we are making progress on Usability and SPeed and Clicks etc as we move forwards and fr sure it is easier for me to justify improvements if I have a lot of people asking for it that I can point development to as evidence of a problems existence. Also Test Data is easier to get from you as users that is real world.
