Issues with Surface transparency

    Surface transparency does not seem to be working for me. Is anyone else having this issue? It doesn't matter what transparency I set a surface to.

    For me, it was an issue with the options file that I load every time I update TBC. There must be a bad setting from an older version of TBC that is conflicting. I used default settings and everything is working fine now. 

     

    I took screen shots of my old setting and manually adjusted these.
