Hi,

Is there a code available yet for the total number of sheets within a 'planset', not just the individual 'sheet sets'

I know that they are available for each sheet set, but is it likely to be for the plan set?? 

For example:

plan view - 3 sheets               1 of 6, 2 of 6, 3 of 6

long section - 1 sheet             4 of 6

cross sections 2 sheets          5 of 6, 6 of 6

Total of 6 sheets

I have been doing it manually, but every time I adjust something I have to start again (particularly if I have a lot of cross section sheets).

Not that I know of Chris - have you tried numbering the sheets like A1,A2,A3 ... B1, B2, B3... , C1, C2, C3 that should also work and is designed for the exact reason that you say - you make an adjustment to one Sheet Set and throws off the Plan Set numbering etc. That way each sheet set is numbered according to its letter designation.

If the Plan Set numbering is critical I can put in a request

You could use the Increment Text command to number all of the sheets - but that would be a manual process

I will add the letters for each sheet set, however would see benefit in full plan set numbering. Beneficial for the field crew to make sure they have all the sheets.
