After I insert an Image and have scaled/rotated properly, is there a way to Move the image into place without using the Georeference command?

    Hi Tom,

If you used the Insert Image command, you should now be able to simply select the image, grab the circular grip, and drag-and-drop the image to the correct location. If you used a different command to place the image, another method may be required. Let me know how else we can help.

David, the image is a PDF. The only way I'm able to select is thru the properties box but I don't get the grips around the image as you have illustrated.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the clarification. If you use the Place Image command, the grips will appear when you select the PDF image. If you used the Georeferenced Image command, then you will have to georeference it again; this creates an orientation file that can be used to insert the image into another file or application. When you georeference the PDF, you can coorelate multiple pixel/point pairs to locate/rotate/scale the image. After you do that, you will not want to move the PDF image again.

Note: In some cases, you may have to go into Advanced View Filter Settings to make an imported image selectable.
