TerraFlex sign in issue

    Tried to sign into TerraFlex today, like any other day, and it popped up with the message “Your organisation has not allocated a user seat for these credentials”. 

     

    I logged into Trimble Connect and I’ve got an ‘Active’ status.

     

    Is there currently an issue with the TerraFlex app or something else?

    Baron,

     

    Being assigned as a user is only the first step. Under Trimble Connect License Manager the Admin needs to assign the User a license. (see below)
