It could be that those curves you are sending out have UCS on them - I would have to see the TBC data to check - if you click on the curve in TBC and look at its properties you will see the UCS information if it has that on it (these days this is quite common from CAD Files - you can use the Convert to Linestring command to remove those if present.
If these are 2D lines then again I would need to get the data to look at them
It could be a bug or it could be data related - if you redraw the arcs in TBC and send them do they work then?
Are you using VCL export to the Siteworks system or DXF output - let me know
Is this the first time you have seen this or is it happening on different projects
Can you send me the TBC Project VCE or the Alignment and rogue lines as a VCL exported file from TBC to take a look at. (Send to alan.sharp@rockpilesolutions.com or post here for me to download).
My money is on UCS object ending up in a VCL for Siteworks and Siteworks when it reads it is not reading the UCS like TBC does - that can be fixed by removing the UCS. The Convert To Linestring is in the RPS Data Prep Menu - try using that on the data and see if it works
