Not sure I understand this one - The BC-HCE Forum is not moderated. No question is moderated out of the system unless we feel that it should be removed because it is offensive or abusive or extremely negative. The Forum if used correctly is for help, advice, learning, making requests etc. If you have Bugs or Defects we will try to give you a work around until we get a chance to fix and output a new release or patch version. If you have reason to complain for any reason please reach out to either myself, your dealership or one of our regional sales staff and we will endeavour to rectify the complaint, please do not use the forum for this purpose, but all other questions are fair game!
