Sure - we went through this at PUG last week so I think that you have your answer but I will answer it here as well.
1) In the example Drafting Templates that ship with the product and that we gave out last week (ARCH sizes) the company logo is called "Your Logo Goes Here.JPG".In older templates it was called "Your Logo Goes Here (V).PNG". The Logo file needs to be located with the Drafting Template. The default Logo is 400 Pixels wide and up to 250 Pixels high. Outside of this you may need to move the Logo on the Sheet to accommodate a value greater than 250 Pixels high. Open your company Logo in Microsoft Paint. Use the Resize Option, Check the Maintain Aspect Ratio, and Select using Pixels and make the width 400 Pixels (make a mental note of the Height in Pixels). Save the image as Your Logo Goes Here.JPG in the folder where the Sheet Template resides.
This will replace the Logo on all Sheet Templates in that folder that have the same image name reference.
If you have different Sheet Templates for different purposes, you should have an image of a different name placed on those sheets where you want a different logo - SO if you work for a Group of companies, and each time you plot you need a different logo type, then you should create copies of the Sheet Templates and delete the Company Logos that we have provided and replace them with your company Logos (Company 1 Logo Goes Here.jpeg, Company 2 Logo Goes Here etc.) and save them. In this way you would have the following
ARCH C - Company 1
ARCH C - Company 2
ARCH C - Company 3
ARCH D - Company 1
ARCH D - Company 2
ARCH D - Company 3 and so on.
Each Template should reference it's own unique image for Logo and the Logo should be in the same folder as the Templates (stored as VCL Files). Then when you drag and drop a template into the Project, the Template comes in, the image for the Logo that is referenced on the Sheets gets copied to the project Folder and will appear on the sheets when used.
Note that the Template and Image are copied into the Project at the time you Drag and Drop, so you could just change the Your Logo Goes Here.JPEG to a different logo just prior to Drag and Drop and provided you only need that one logo in that project this will work also just fine, as it is the copied data we use not the source on opening the project.
Hope that this answers the question - if you need help please ask
