Importing a DSZ file in Business Centre HCE?

    Hi there,

     

    Our company is deploying the new Trimble Earthworks platform on a few new excavators.  Once we "Publish to Library" the program converts the SVD/SVL or 3D/2D files into one DSZ file.

     

    I notice that Business Centre HCE doesn't seem to be able to then re-import and convert these DSZ files back in, once it creates and publishes them. 

     

    When I try to import a DSZ file into Business Centre I get the error " The import of filename.dsz failed because a suitable importer could not be found"

     

    My question is, does anyone know if importing a DSZ file into Business Centre HCE is possible?

    Rename the DSZ file to .zip and then try drag and dropping it into the BC-HCE project, that will do the trick

    Worked perfect thank you Alan.  Much appreciated.  Is there any reason why Trimble wouldn't enable a natural import of a DSZ file?
