Error : Can't create new project

    Hi,

     

    I've just installed the software on my computer. Everything seems to be working fine until I try to create a new project.

    I get the following error :

    Hi all, I'm also having this issue and get a similar error message when I try to create a new project:

Exception Source:      Trimble.Vce.Coordinates
Exception Type:        System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
Exception Message:     Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {2200080E-3EE1-11D3-AB05-00105A719B2E} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).
Exception Target Site: CreateIZone​



    I'm using:
    Trimble Business Center 5.10.2 (64-bit)
    Trimble GPS Configuration Update 20.6.24 

    OS is Windows 10 1809 (64-bit) with the April 2021 CU KB4601558

    Googling for the CLSID {2200080E-3EE1-11D3-AB05-00105A719B2E} only really returns this forum post.

    That CLSID looks like it resolves to: {2200080E-3EE1-11d3-AB05-00105A719B2E}
