Trying to export ship files to cad

    Need to send files to a client.

    The files are .shp and he needs to open then in CAD.

     I’m very new to this.

    Hi Robert,

    Can you please clarify what you are trying to do? You can import and export both Esri shape (.shp) and CAD files (.dxf, .dwg) into and out of Business Center. Once you import a shape file, for instance, you can export some of the data from it as a CAD file, and vice versa. Press F1 in the program and search for these topics: Importable Data Formats and Exportable and Uploadable Data Formats. Each topic has links to topics for those specific file formats with additional details.
