TSC3 losing connection

  • 1.  TSC3 losing connection

    Does anyone else have an issue with the TSC3 dropping the connection while trying to either copy files from the logger to PC or directly into TBC?

     

    This was an issue over the last few years and the I/O board was the problem and was replace/updated 

    Has any one else got solution to this frustrating problem?

    I have had this problem with 1 of my 3 TSC3's (the newest), purchased it in 2016. I find the error is random, and I usually have to unplug and restart the process.

    Hello Alan,

     

    We have the same problem.
    The cross inside the menu communication USB to PC for the advanced network isn't activated.
    If your controller don't communicate with your computer if the cross is activate, the only solution is to save your data with a USB key and you must to formate the controller with Web Borker.

    Its always been a temperamental problem , seems worse when lots of images to download
