Point Symbols Not by Points in Sheet View

I seem to be having an issue with my point symbols not showing up beside the label/point location when I create my sheet views. It seems to be linked to my dynaview being at an angle and not perpendicular to the CAD file's alignment.  See below.  The first is with the dynaview at an approximate 50 deg angle and the second is at a 0 deg angle.  Both are the exact same sheet template with the only change being the dynaview selected.

I've been printing using the second option while I tried to find a solution, but have been required to use larger scales (80 to 100) to capture everything where a smaller scale would have worked better if I could have rotated the dynaview.  If anyone has seen this in the past and can let me know how to fix it I would be most appreciative.  THANKS!

This is a known issue, Alan said in a recent thread he thought it was fixed in 5.3 but it still isn't working right. As a workaround I created blocks that look identical to the point symbol I want to use and inserted those for each point I wanted to plot. It worked for what I needed but will be a pain if you have a bunch of points.

I'll try that.   I did a search for similar threads but could not find the one you reference.  Thanks!

Hear you go @Ben Wall  Point Symbol not showing in Sheet View

I sent data and had a conversation with @Alan Sharp regarding this issue. They are fully aware of it and from what I understand, are working diligently to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be fixed in the soon to be issued patch/update.
